In order to accommodate all of our clients to the best of our ability, we require a 24 hour notice for cancellations and  or rescheduling all appointments. 

Please note that due to high demand and last minute cancellations, new clients are required to provide a credit card to reserve appointments. 

Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation will be subject to a fee of 100% of your scheduled service.

Thermal smoothing treatments (keratin, keratin express) and color correction services require a 72 hour notice.
