With her specialization in color, expertise throughout the hair and make-up realm, love of people, and exceptional attention to detail, Dianna is able to achieve that perfect look her clients have come to expect. She remains excited about the future of education in the beauty industry -- a challenge which keeps inspiring her growth through personal inroads into the art of beauty. As a little girl in Kyrgyzstan, OKSANA KOSMYNINA always dreamed of becoming a hair stylist. She also dreamed of America and in 2002, with only a few dollars in her pocket, emigrated with her husband, daughter, and grandmother to seek a better life. Hard work, creativity and love for people made it possible for her to exceed her dreams by becoming not only a successful visionary stylist, but a creative leader and an Educator presence in the industry for the past 20 years. Her spirit and passion are limitless, and can be seen in her evolving design through new cuts, shapes and styles which push the boundaries of hair as far as possible. Oksana believes "Hair is like a beautiful fabric which gives inspiration with its limitless possibilities. Both can be manipulated into new and vibrant forms."

Stylist

Aley’s love of fashion, design and art comes into her service everyday. Her expertise has grown tremendously as she truly was born with a passion for beauty. Aley has a keen eye for design and she loves to help find the cut and style suited best for each clients face, shape, hair texture and lifestyle. Aley is Vidal Sassoon classically trained but gravitates towards what is currently trending. She truly loves what she does.

Sylist | Hair Extension Specialist

ANASTASIA LATYSHEVA moved to USA from Russia many years ago and begun her beauty career in California. What started as a hobby has now grown into a passion for hairdressing and styling. She graduated from Aveda Cosmetology School then went on to train with Vidal Sassoon. Well versed in hair cutting specialty and hair extension certified specifically in Wefts and Tape-Ins. She loves to transform hair and help you to get the look you truly desire.

Colorist | Educator

A young Nashville native, Devon Huntsman is a professional hair stylist who moved out to the Bay Area in 2011 to pursue a career in cosmetology. After attending school at the Cinta Aveda Institute of San Francisco, she completed an apprenticeship program specializing in hair color. She was one of D&O Salon's first hair colorists and has become an educator for the hair color apprenticeship program. With a main focus in hair color, she also specializes in smoothing treatments and hair extensions. In working with her clients, Devon seeks to express her passion for hair in coordination with each individual's desired look by implementing a variety of artistic techniques and treatments.

Danny's holistic approach to the art of hair coloring is grounded in his foundation as a skin care specialist. Having worked for Keihl's before beginning his 5-year journey as a MAC makeup artist, Danny's view of the art of hair starts with hair health and color longevity for his clients. Being able to strike a balance between clients hair needs and their hair desires is a craft Danny has been mastering for years. Healthy, natural, blended color is his forte that translates into lasting, vibrant color for his clients. Also known for his beautifully sculpted blow-outs, whoever is in his chair leaves the salon feeling fresh, beautiful, and confident.

SHAROLYN DIAZ is a hairstylist based in Mill Valley with nearly five years behind the chair, specializing in custom color and effortless lived-in looks. Her passion is creating hair that feels elevated yet natural. Soft dimension, seamless grow-outs, and layered haircuts that add movement, elegance, and a little bit of edge! She loves designing looks that enhance each client's features while keeping their hair healthy, modern, and uniquely theirs. Layered cuts are one of Sharolyn's signature services because they can completely transform a style. Making it feel playful or effortlessly sexy. She also enjoys exploring her creative side with vivid colors, where hair becomes a canvas and every transformation is a piece of art.

When she's not behind the chair, you'll usually find Sharolyn spending time with her two dogs and exploring the beautiful trails around Marin. She truly believes great hair should feel effortless, personalized, and confidence-boosting every single day.

WYATT COHEN is passionate about color started young during his years at different Waldorf Schools, from New York to California. Where his innate ability to embrace natural tones and textures took hold. After studying at Cal Arts, he joined the program at Cinta Aveda, then trained as a colorist through an extensive apprentice program. Wyatt brings his sweet personality and endless talent to our team at D&O Salon.

For over five years, JULIANNA FRANO has been behind the chair specializing in blonding, seamless color, and extensions. She’s all about creating transformations that feel effortless and modern. Known for her eye for detail and love for enhancing natural beauty, she specializes in custom tones that grow out beautifully and keep hair looking healthy. With trends constantly evolving Julianna stays committed to learning, growing and refining her craft. For Julianna, the salon is more than just hair it’s about creating a fun, welcoming experience where every client leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and like the best version of themselves. “The best part is seeing the smile when someone looks in the mirror and falls in love with their hair”.

BRUNO PAJARES, a Vital Sasoon-trained stylist, has been working in the industry for the past 10 years, both in Los Angeles and the Bay Area. While his specialty is precision cutting, for Bruno, suitability for a client's individual needs makes his detail-oriented approach the perfect combination. As an Educator, Bruno prides himself on his continued education, taking advantage of every opportunity to attend symposiums, keeping current on today's top styles and trends.

Erika is a Bay Area native and grew up in Point Reyes. She’s been working in the industry for over 10 years perfecting her craft through vigorous apprenticeship programs. She is Vidal Sassoon trained and holds a dual license for Cosmetology & Barbering.
